Another Watt heads to the NFL
Derek Watt is joining his big brother J.J. in the NFL. Derek was taken by the San Diego Chargers in the sixth round of this year’s draft.
Derek played fullback at Wisconsin, but at his pro day workout he said he’d play any position on the field, as long as he got a chance to make a team.
Derek joins former Badger teammate Melvin Gordon in the San Diego backfield.
