Anonymous Donor Gives Again To Feeding America

For nearly three decades, an anonymous donor has given to Feeding America in eastern Wisconsin.

This year is no different. The same person donated another $75,000, making the grand total more than $2.4 million since 1983.

Bonnie Bellehumeur, president of Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, said demand for food is up 21 percent over the last two years so the gift is a blessing.

The food bank said 330,000 people in Wisconsin each year rely on Feeding America’s food.

It’s the largest, private, nonprofit distributor of food in the state.
