Amy Noel Damon

Amy Noel Damon

Edgerton/McFarland-Our beloved daughter and sister, Amy Noel Damon, age 21, and her beloved fiancé Brandon Slattery, 24 both of Edgerton, two angels called to heaven too soon on January 1, 2013. Amy was born January 13, 1991 to Dave and Tammy (Frion) Damon, and was raised in McFarland. She graduated from McFarland High School in 2009, where she was an avid sports player. Through the years she played soccer, softball, and basketball. However, her biggest passions were playing hockey and lacrosse. She was a member of the MHS marching band and lettered in academics and music. In addition, she was an extremely talented and creative artist. Whether her creations were painted on a surface or drawn on a napkin, Amy loved to make these precious gifts for the people she loved. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. Loved by everyone with her contagious smile, she was one of the most caring people with family, friends and her patients. Amy enrolled at Madison College in the Nursing Program immediately following high school. All the while attending the Nursing Program, she worked at HP Enterprise Services and completed her studies to become a registered nurse. Amy graduated from Madison College in May of 2012. She passed her boards in July of 2012 and began her nursing career at Skaalen Nursing Home in Stoughton shortly after graduation. This was a perfect job for Amy as she had special compassion for the elderly and treated them as her own grandparents. Amy became engaged to Brandon while they were on a cruise to celebrate her graduation and they planned to marry on November 2, 2013. She adored her rescue dogs, Red and Blue.

Amy is survived by her parents, Tammy and Dave Damon in McFarland and her brother, Ross (Alyx Ribble) Damon; her future in-laws, Brandon’s family, Lori and Richard Slattery, Amber and Kirsten Slattery of McFarland; grandparents, Leon and Delpha Frion and Edward and Ann Damon; aunts and uncles, Michael (Dawn) Frion, Joan Frion, Dan Frion, Randy (Wendy) Frion, Pam (Brian) Priegel, Doug Damon, Carla (Kevin) Buntrock; numerous cousins, extended family and friends; and her dogs, Red and Blue.

Our angels who touched the hearts of so many will be dearly missed and never ever forgotten. You both are with God now, but will remain in our hearts forever. We will meet you at the gates of heaven. Amy…Save us a room! Love, Mom, Dad and Ross.
