WINDSOR, Wis. — Highway 19 at I-39/90 near Windsor has reopened following an early-morning crash, according to Wisconsin Department of Transportation officials.

Authorities said the crash happened around 6:15 a.m. The lane closures were expected to last roughly two hours, but the roadway wasn’t cleared until shortly before 9:45 a.m.

The Wisconsin State Patrol responded to the scene.
