Alexander Scott Chrisler

BEAVER DAM – Alexander Scott Chrisler, age 34, of Beaver Dam, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022. He was born on May 24, 1988, in Madison, the son of Scott and Julie (Semrad) Chrisler.
Alex graduated from McFarland High School in 2006. He worked as a pharmacy technician for Oncology/Infusion Clinic at SSM Health.
Alex’s family was very important to him and he chose to buy his first home just a mile away from his parents and his sister and her family. He especially treasured his role as “Uncle Alex.” His dogs, Gumballs and Poptart, were his pride and joy and he loved showing them off and buying outfits for them in his favorite color, hot pink. In his free time, he enjoyed playing and collecting video games and gaming systems. Another pastime that started as a child and remained a favorite was putting together large Lego kits, including a model of the Titanic.
Alex is survived by his parents, Scott and Julie; sister, Lindsay (Mark) Murphy; nephew, Will Murphy; two nieces, Rory Murphy and Hallie Murphy; along with many cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and an uncle.
A celebration of Alex’s life will be held at Nitty Gritty, 315 East Linnerud Drive, Sun Prairie, Wis., from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2023.
Alex had a very compassionate and sensitive soul. He not only loved his family deeply, he loved the people he worked with and he loved his friends.
Although our lives are forever changed, we will hang onto all of the memories we’ve made as a family. He will be deeply missed. We love you “Bud”.
