ADM Alliance Nutrition plant in Fitchburg closes
Facility made animal feed products
FITCHBURG, Wis. — The ADM Alliance Nutrition plant in Fitchburg closed June 29, said Jackie Anderson, a spokeswoman for Decatur, Ill.-based Archer Daniels Midland.
No details on the number of jobs lost or the reason for the closure were immediately available, Anderson said.
The facility at 6401 McKee Road made animal feed products.
ADM customers in the Madison area will continue to get their feed supplies from plants in Iowa and Minnesota, Anderson said.
