Adams County sheriff seeks help locating missing person
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office seeks help locating Isaac V. Salinas, 33.
Salinas is a male Hispanic, 5 feet10 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds.
He was last seen at his home in the 1900 block of STH 13 in the Township of Preston at 8:30 a.m. on Monday. This location is just outside of the Village of Friendship in Adams County.
Salinas was last seen wearing a red and black pair of Jordan shoes.
