A Christmas Classic
Playing Ebenezer Scrooge in Children’s Theater of Madison‘s production of A Christmas Carol doesn’t just put James Ridge in the holiday spirit.
“The joy of it is to be around that many young people at that time of year,” he says. “It brings out the kid in me.”
In an original adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic that his wife, Colleen Madden, debuted last year, the veteran American Players Theatre actor reprises the role he finds particularly inspiring.
“We all want to believe we can really, truly change and become a better person,” he says.
