71-year-old from Marshall arrested on suspicion of 8th OWI offense

SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. — A Marshall woman was arrested on suspicion of her eighth operating while intoxicated charge Wednesday afternoon.

At around 4:40 p.m. Sun Prairie police got a report of a potentially intoxicated driver going east on Main Street near Clarmar Drive in the City of Sun Prairie.

The car was stopped by Sun Prairie police and Pearl Burdick, 71, was arrested on suspicion of her eighth OWI offense, which is a felony.

Burdick was booked into the Dane County Jail.
