Terrence Adeyanju’s “Infinite” print — iterations of which appeared on Jazzman’s boarded-up storefront on State Street over the summer — was inspired by the artist’s breakthrough moment a few years ago when he realized fear is an illusion that gets in the way of infinite possibilities. “This was just a reminder for myself to just keep challenging fear,” says Adeyanju. Adeyanju donated 100% of the proceeds from a summer sale of the print to Freedom Inc. Watch for updates on new works and another sale of “Infinite” in October on the Madison artist’s website, iampeeld.com.Courtesy of Terrence AdeyanjuTerrence Adeyanju’s “Infinite” print — iterations of which appeared on Jazzman’s boarded-up storefront on State Street over the summer — was inspired by the artist’s breakthrough moment a few years ago when he realized fear is an illusion that gets in the way of infinite possibilities. “This was just a reminder for myself to just keep challenging fear,” says Adeyanju. Awa Sibi, owner of Les Delices De Awa catering business, makes an African ghost pepper sauce that adds significant spice to any meal. “I am from West Africa, precisely from Côte d’Ivoire [Ivory Coast],” Sibi says. “And from where we are from, there’s no way you can enjoy a meal without peppers — either it’s a sauce or a whole pepper in the stew; you gotta have your hot kick!” Sibi’s sauce is available on eBay (ebay.to/3gsCQ0i) and at International Market and Istanbul Market.Courtesy of Awa SibiAwa Sibi, owner of Les Delices De Awa catering business, makes an African ghost pepper sauce that adds significant spice to any meal. “I am from West Africa, precisely from Côte d’Ivoire [Ivory Coast],” Sibi says. “And from where we are from, there’s no way you can enjoy a meal without peppers — either it’s a sauce or a whole pepper in the stew; you gotta have your hot kick!” Sibi’s sauce is available on eBay (ebay.to/3gsCQ0i) and at International Market and Istanbul Market.Courtesy of Awa Sibi
