3 men charged in Marshall armed home invasion

MARSHALL, Wis. — Three men have been charged following an armed home invasion in Marshall earlier this month, the village’s police department said Friday.
In a news release, police said the home invasion happened in the early morning hours of July 17 at a home in the 400 block of Hubbell Street. Three men forcefully entered the home with a shotgun and held the homeowner against his will.
Police said the incident was related to past disputes and that the homeowner knew one of the men.
Cameron Braun, 26, of Marshall; Chaz Walsh, 27, of Madison; and Jamal Jensen, 31, of Madison, were arrested.
Braun faces charges of false imprisonment, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, intimidating a victim/threatening force and criminal trespass to a dwelling; all four charges include modifiers for use of a dangerous weapon, online court records show.
Walsh faces charges of false imprisonment, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony, bail jumping and criminal trespass to a dwelling; all five of his charges also include use of a dangerous weapon modifiers.
Jensen faces charges of false imprisonment, intimidating a victim/threatening force — both of which carry use of a dangerous weapon and party to a crime modifiers — and criminal trespass to a dwelling.
