2 inmates go AWOL from Dane County, officials say

Officials are looking for two inmates who have gone missing, according to a release.
William K. Sims, 34, of Fitchburg, did not return as scheduled Wednesday after being released on Huber privileges, officials said.
Sims was released from the Ferris Center on Rimrock Road around 11:40 a.m. for an appointment, according to the release.
He was last seen wearing dark jeans, a white T-shirt and a dark sweatshirt.
Sims is serving a probation sentence for battery, officials said.
Alexandria M. Walker, 27, of Madison, is part of the Dane County Sheriff’s Office Custody Alternatives Monitoring Program, according to a release.
Walker cut off her GPS bracelet around 3:50 p.m. Wednesday and fled, officials said.
Walker is serving a probation sentence on the charges of disorderly conduct and bail jumping.
Police ask anyone with information on their whereabouts to call 911.
