1st frost advisory of season issued for central, northern counties

The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory for Juneau and Adams counties Tuesday night due to clear skies and much colder air moving in behind the recently departed cold front.

Frost is possible in the areas in the advisory and sensitive plants should be covered.

There is a freeze warning in northern Wisconsin as temperatures are expected to drop below freezing for a significant amount of time overnight.

Each night this week will be chilly with high pressure, keeping the skies clear, and a cooler air mass remains over the upper Midwest, which means more advisories will be likely over the course of the week.
