Rock County officials said the man arrested at the home where Carroll’s body was found Saturday morning is a person of interest in the death investigation.

Officers were called to a home along the 1900 block of South Dewey Avenue Saturday morning for a welfare check. That’s where crews found a woman’s body in the garage.
