13-year-old reports repeated sexual assaults

A Madison man was arrested after a 13-year-old girl told police he repeatedly sexually assaulted her.

Police said Elie Bastien, 32, of Madison, was arrested Friday on suspicion of repeated sexual assault of the same child.

The girl told police she first met Bastien last July, when she was still 12, after connecting on the Internet. She said Bastien took her to his Nautilus Drive apartment numerous times where the assaults took place.
